Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how CosmicGateway Services Inc (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use Crush & Crash (the “Game”) at https://crushncrash.fun. By using the Game you agree to this Policy, which is part of our Terms of Service.
1. What We Collect
We collect what is reasonably necessary to operate the Game, including:
- Your wallet address and authentication signature when you sign in.
- Game activity — sessions, plays, purchases, settlements, and related events you generate while using the Game, together with timestamps and basic device/browser information (User-Agent, locale, IP) needed to deliver and secure the service.
- Marketing attribution signals (e.g., URL parameters and referral codes) we may receive when you arrive at the Game.
- Public on-chain data generated by your transactions with our smart contracts on Base, which is permanently visible to anyone on the blockchain and is outside our control.
- Anything you choose to send us (support messages, feedback, etc.).
We do not collect your wallet's private key or seed phrase, do not require government ID for ordinary play, and do not access your activity on other dApps beyond what is publicly observable on-chain.
2. How We Use It
We use the information to provide and operate the Game, process purchases and settlements, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with applicable law, monitor and improve performance, communicate with you, and (where permitted) measure marketing effectiveness. Where consent is required by law for a particular use (for example, certain marketing cookies), we will ask for it.
3. Sharing
We share information with service providers that help us operate the Game (cloud hosting, analytics, infrastructure, blockchain RPCs, customer support, marketing measurement) under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms. We may disclose information when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Game; and as part of any merger, acquisition, or similar transaction. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We use cookies and browser storage for session management, locale and preference handling, security, analytics, and (where applicable and with consent) marketing. You can disable non-essential cookies via your browser or any consent banner we may display in your region.
5. Data Retention & Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Game, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods vary by category and jurisdiction. We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information; however, no system is completely secure, and on-chain data is permanent and cannot be deleted by us or by you.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. To exercise any of these rights or to ask any privacy-related question, open a request at our Help Center (crushandcrash.zendesk.com) or email crushncrashgame@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity (for example, by asking you to sign a message with your wallet) before responding. Note that we cannot delete or alter information that is publicly recorded on-chain.
7. International Use & Children
The Game is operated from infrastructure that may transfer information across borders, including to providers in the United States and other regions, with safeguards as required by applicable law. The Game is intended for users 18 years of age or older; we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has used the Game, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
8. Changes & Contact
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Game's homepage and the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
